Staying focused on the important things in life.
I love God, His awesome might and power.
In my humanness, I need Him every hour.
How could I live without His wisdom and His Word?
I can’t imagine not believing what I’ve heard.
The Scriptures, the songs, and words of wisdom from friends
They are words I heed whether the path is straight, or it bends
God’s word is true, and all life is His creation
God is real, and that’s how I found salvation

A simple poem, but it states the truth about finding Christ. We all have to allow God to find us, but it's different for everyone. Maybe God has spoken to you through a song, a Scripture, or a friend. Or maybe God has spoken to you through a "bent path" in your life, or maybe through His beautiful creation! He's there for us, but often we're not looking, listening, or believing the truth that is there all the time.
