Let's see.........lots of homeschooling classes for the kiddos........in charge of a luncheon at church tomorrow........calls and appointments with the Dr...........hubby out of town..........exercising daily............laundry.......dance class............invitation for dinner out with friends........grocery shopping. And that's just the past two days. Needless to say, I'm really exhausted, and would like a break. But even though my shoulders are tight, I'm tired, and overwhelmed, I'm still amazed at God's peace.
His arm is stretching out, holding me, reassuring me of His love, and giving me peace. As I spoke with the Dr. about my daughter's appointments, God's peace was surrounding me. As I was rushing to be on time for the kids homeschool classes and thinking about ten different things I had to do, a sudden peace came over me as if God was right there saying "don't worry...it's OK...I'm in charge...trust me." In these times when there's so much happening, I often sense God's peace and strength even more. Giving God every detail of my life is becoming like breathing lately....a constant "I trust you God", and I NEED you God, every minute of the day. Trusting Him is giving our rights, yielding our time, our plans, our schedules, our families, over to Him. Whether through circumstances of life, or other people, He is constantly reminding me to trust Him ALL THE TIME!
